ASO services allows employers the flexibility of choosing

The
difference between a PEO and an ASO relationship:
Both provide an integrated and cost effective approach to
the management and administration of the human resources,
however the PEO relationship creates shared risk between Pro
HR+ and the Worksite Employer. In a PEO relationship, Pro
HR+ contractually assumes substantial employer rights, responsibilities,
and risk through the establishment and maintenance of a "joint"
employer relationship.
In
an ASO, Pro HR+ does not become a "joint" employer
of your employees. Instead, Pro HR+ takes on certain functions
that the Worksite Employer chooses to outsource.
