Our professional management team has the expertise to handle all of your personnel management needs. Our attitude centers around “Customer Service.” We have dedicated professionals in the areas of information systems, payroll, human resources, training, risk management, legal compliance, and benefits.

Charles Darwin “Skip” Davidson, President, is the founder of Pro HR+. Mr. Davidson has been a business owner since 1979. Also an attorney, Mr. Davidson has built a well respected law practice in construction, banking and real estate law. Mr. Davidson received his B.S.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arkansas. He is a frequent author and lecturer for the Arkansas Bar Association, law schools and other professional groups.

Kim Bennefeld, VP Payroll Services, brings over 25 years of experience in payroll services, accounts payable and receivable, financial statements and tax return preparation to Pro HR+. Mrs. Bennefeld keeps up-to-date with regulatory compliance issues for Pro HR+ clients.

She has specialized training in PEO software systems with an emphasis in payroll services. Her background in human resources has resulted in a clear understanding of employer/employee relations making her an essential team member at Pro HR+.

Traci Allen, Second VP Payroll Services, has over 15 years experience in payroll services. She has contributed to successful business practices by creating and maintaining financials and profit/loss statements, generating payroll and supporting documentation, conducting real estate analysis and projections as well as generating loan packages for new real estate investments. Mrs. Allen has participated in PEO software training with an emphasis on payroll services. She attended the University of Arkansas in Little Rock and holds an Arkansas real estate license.
